Training, Education and ongoing Supervision....

Training & Qualifications
My Background
I've spent over two decades working alongside people in some of the hardest moments of their lives — in mental health services, addiction settings, and private practice. That experience taught me something credentials alone can't: healing doesn't come from technique. It comes from safety, relationship, and someone who knows how to stay steady when things get difficult.

How I Practise
I specialise in Internal Family Systems (IFS) as my primary modality, integrated with Polyvagal Theory and somatic bodywork.
In plain terms, this means I help people:
Understand the different parts of themselves — the inner critic, the protector, the wounded child — and why they show up the way they do
Build genuine safety in the body, not just talk about it
Heal trauma gently, through curiosity rather than pressure or reliving
